Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns received within the 30-day window are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed after your item is inspected and approved, typically within 5-7 business days. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, depending on stock availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose a refund or select a different item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrect items and offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at teja.enquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
